- You cancel within 24 hours of initial payment before work has commenced
Non-Refundable Situations

- Work has been completed as agreed and delivered to you
- You change requirements after work has begun
- Issues arise from third-party services or dependencies outside our control
- You fail to provide necessary access or information required for the work
- Cancellation occurs after work has commenced (partial refunds may apply)
Refund Process

- Allow up to 5 business days for review of your request
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Partial Refunds
In cases where work has been partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed and the value delivered.
